The annual DAAD scholarship holders meeting for us was nothing but a complete Tour of Berlin. I say complete because of the variety of places we could visit. We could get a brief insight to Greek mythology at Pergamon Museum. A special chance to see German Parliament from inside. To hear the painful stories of Jews at Jüdisches Museum. To feel the brutal inhumanity of Nazis’ in the Concentration camp at Sachsenhausen!
The trip was well organised and funded by DAAD. We just had to pay for the extra day which we liked to stay after the meeting was over. We got the chance to meet our counterparts who are studying in other TU’s and so had really good time. Btw it was the first time we encounter snow!
